Welcome to another episode of the Live Your Potential podcast!
General McArthur said “Age wrinkles the body. Quitting wrinkles the soul.”
Michael Jordan said, “If you quit ONCE it becomes a habit. Never quit!!!”
Napoleon Hill (author of Think and Grow Rich) said, “One of the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat.”
So we always hear the “never quit” perspective. We’re conditioned to believe that quitting is not such a good thing… and rightly so! That is, when you’re talking about quitting the pursuit of your goals, you passion, a vision you’ve set for yourself… When you’re talking about living your purpose, reaching your potential… never quit!
But in this episode, I look at quitting from different perspective, because there is power in quitting. There is beauty in quitting… certain things… and you should embrace it and become a quitter of things that are NOT going to get you where you need to go or where you want to go.
Join me in this episode as I discuss the other side of the “quitting” coin.
