In this episode, I discuss focusing on what you CAN control.
Too many times, we get caught up in worrying about things, and people and circumstances that are outside our control. We let situations and other people’s actions, or feelings dictate our reaction or the way we go about our day, or how we make decisions.
And when we do that, we lose focus. We lose focus of the areas that really matter to us, we lose sight of our purpose, our vision, our goals, and our commitment to living our potential.
Worrying or focusing on things that are outside your control do nothing but bring you frustration, anxiety, and irritating thoughts, all the while, you can’t do anything about whatever situation you’re worrying about.
